[Posterior luxation of the fifth lumbar vertebra to the sacrum. Apropos of a case].

The authors have observed a case of lumbo-sacral dislocation with posterior displacement of the fifth lumbar vertebra. There was partial impairment of the roots of the cauda equina. After open reduction and internal fixation, partial recovery was seen.
