The aim of this study was to document the molecular clonality of lymphoid cells in canine thymoma using polymerase chain reaction for antigen receptor rearrangement (PARR). Fifteen formalin-fixed and paraffin wax-embedded samples of canine thymoma were analyzed for T- and B-cell receptor clonality. Two of these 15 cases were excluded from the study due to insufficient DNA concentration.
