Clinical development of Ebola virus vaccines (EVV) was accelerated by the West African Ebola virus epidemic which remains the deadliest in history. To compare and rank the EVV according to their immunogenicity and safety. A total of 21 randomized controlled trial, evaluating seven different vaccines with different doses, and 5,275 participants were analyzed.
