Objective: To identify essential elements in care practices for the Homeless Persons in the context of Primary Health Care and verify evidence and strength of recommendation for health decision-making.

Method: Integrative literature review, using Health Descriptors, keywords and "MeSH terms" in the databases: LILACS, PubMed Centre and Web of Science.

Results: Twenty-two scientific papers were selected and grouped into three categories: Understanding of the Other, Support Network and Emancipatory Care.

Objective: To develop educational technology with caregivers of older people based on the needs, difficulties and concerns related to the elderly care expressed by the caregivers themselves.

Method: Research of qualitative nature, with participant observation, based on concepts used by Paulo Freire. Data collection and analysis used the "World Cafe" methodology and the thematic content analysis, respectively.

The aim of this study was to diagnose the priority socio environmental problems and the health risks from the surrounding communities the Petrochemical Complex of Rio de Janeiro. Characterized by a participatory approach, the action research has led to the application of interviews, focal groups, meetings and workshop with social actors of Porto das Caixas and Sambaetiba districts, located in Itaboraí city/RJ from November 2013 to December 2014. A structural analysis of the problems prioritized by the communities (water supply, sewage treatment and risk of transmissible diseases; risk of air pollution and respiratory diseases; absence of public security and risk of violence) sketched out the cause-effect-intervention relationship, on the basis of the Protocol for Assessing Community Excellence in Environmental Health.

Objective: to assess the impact of protocol home visits on the functional capacity of adult and elderly patients with venous ulcers, before and after guidance received at home.

Method: clinical experimental, randomized, nonblinded and controlled study, developed with 32 patients (case and control groups). Fields of research were the Wound Outpatient Care Unit of the Antônio Pedro University Hospital and households of patients treated in the outpatient unit.

This is a methodological research, which aimed to determine the validity of an educational technology (ET) in the form of educational game of medicine administration, according to the judges and audience, using the theoretical stage of Pasquali model. Data were collected between September 2011 and May 2012 in two stages: 1) application and validation of TE by forty students of the 4th period of Nursing, at the Fluminense Federal University (target audience); 2) observation and validation of TE by 8 teachers (judges). The questionnaires were organized in Likert scale, with items distributed in blocks and analyzed quantitatively.
