Experiments performed on mice C57Bl/6 with the use of GFP technology showed that activation of apoptosis is a potent physiological stimulus for targeted migration of mesenchymal stem cell from the blood to tissues. The effect of apoptosis-induced targeted migration of stem cells can be used in cell therapy of damaged organs and tissues in various pathological states.

The incidence of persisting axillary lymphadenopathy has become 30 times greater for the recent 13 years. The efficiency of traditional accesses to surgical treatment of pyo-inflammatory lesions of the axillary lymph nodes still remains unsatisfactory. The selective, based on the ultrasonographic criteria, application of the laser action or a reconstructive-restorative operation allowed prevention of the recurrent pathology.

A series of novel 11b-substituted 1,6,7,11b-tetrahydropyrimido[6,1-a]- isoquinoline-2,4-diones and 4-thioxo-1,3,4,6,7,11b-hexahydropyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-2- ones were synthesized, utilizing two alternative strategies for ring closure of tetrahydroisoquinoline intermediates obtained from N-phenethyl enaminones.

This impact was attained by medicinal laser application to alexandrite, dye, erbium and gallium arsenid in various conditions on cultures of pulmonic fibroblasts of human embryo. Obtained results were estimated by transmission and scanning microscopy. The highest cell destruction was observed in dye and alexandrite, being less expressed in gallium arsenid under laser irradiation.
