To know the clinical signs and radiological findings of different types of maxillofacial fractures following facial trauma in road traffic accidents. In this retrospective study, the medical records and computerized tomography scans of 100 patients who have sustained facial fractures in road traffic accident during 2021-2022 were reviewed at Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur; for maxillofacial fractures. Objectives: To determine the clinico-radiographic efficiency of partially demineralized dentin matrix block (PDDM block), a mixture of PDDM with advanced-platelet-rich fibrin+ (A-PRF+) and injectable platelet-rich fibrin versus A-PRF+ alone in alveolar socket preservation.
Materials And Methods: Sixteen molar teeth indicated for extraction were randomly assigned into two groups. For the test group, sockets were packed with PDDM block and control group, with A-PRF+ plug alone.
Introduction: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) presents a formidable health challenge in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. This study in eastern Uttar Pradesh aims to assess the roles of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and adiponectin in DPN, recognizing the crucial need for understanding its molecular underpinnings for enhanced diagnosis and management.
Methods: In a cross-sectional study analyzing clinical and biochemical data, 86 individuals aged 35 to 65 years were examined, including 43 with neuropathy and 43 without.

Objectives: This study aims to assess the urban-rural difference in prevalence of hypertension (HT) and to explore the disparities in lifestyle risk factors of HT among urban and rural individuals aged 15-49 years in India.
Study Design: The cross-sectional data collected as a part of the fourth round of National Family Health Survey (NFHS-4) was analysed in this observational study. NFHS-4 was conducted between January 2015 and December 2016 amongst men aged 15-54 years and women aged 15-49 years.
Objective: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused high morbidity and mortality worldwide. Since there is not enough evidence of risk factors of SARS-CoV-2 transmission, this study aimed to evaluate them.
Methods: This survey-based study was conducted across 66 countries from May to November 2020 among suspected and confirmed individuals with COVID-19.
Background: With widespread awareness about the harmful effects of traditional smoking, many people are considering using an e-cigarette. However, many studies have shown that e-cigarettes are not entirely harmless, and their use has been implicated in causing major adverse cardiovascular events.
Methods: We adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines to conduct this systematic review.
