Among the significant transcription factors (TFs), HSF proteins play pivotal roles in the regulation of hormonal signal transduction and different abiotic stress (AbS) responses. Hence considering its importance, global omics expression analysis of HSF candidates was performed in rice (OsHSF). The current study identified 25 HSF family members and physically plotted them against the rice genome.
