Infantile fibrosarcoma (IFS) is a malignant tumor, commonly presenting in long bones and seldom encountered after 2 years of age. It is extremely rare in the faciomaxillary region. The condition is often mistaken for teratomas, and histopathology/immunohistochemistry is confirmatory.
