Objectives: Literature comparing maternal and perinatal outcomes among women with scarred and primary uterine rupture are limited. Therefore, the study aimed to compare maternal and perinatal outcomes and associated risk factors of uterine rupture among scarred and unscarred uterus.

Methods: This retrospective cohort study was performed at a large tertiary care of India between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2020.

Clinical Presentation and Management of Peripartum Pubic Diastasis.

Background: Symphysis pubis diastasis (SPD) is an uncommon peripartum complication which can have short-term morbidities secondary to pain and restricted movements as well as long-term complications. It is important to diagnose this condition as it causes significant discomfort to the nursing mothers. We present our experience in five patients with SPD who were managed successfully.

A Simple, Novel Prognostic Score in Platinum Sensitive Relapsed Ovarian Cancer.

Objectives: Epithelial ovarian cancer is one of the commonest gynecologic cancers and one with the highest mortality. This retrospective cohort study was done to identify predictors of outcomes in platinum-sensitive relapsed ovarian cancer patients (PS-ROC).

Methods: Data regarding baseline characters, laboratory findings, therapeutic details and survival outcomes was obtained from the medical records of PS-ROC patients presented between January 2015 and December 2019.

Postpartum urinary retention in women undergoing instrumental delivery: A cross-sectional analytical study.

Introduction: Women undergoing instrumental delivery are known to be at higher risk of urinary retention, which can lead to long-term complications such as voiding dysfunction. Nulliparous women undergo a pronounced and sudden change in the perineum due to stretching during delivery, which may add to the perineal trauma from an episiotomy, increasing the risk of urinary retention. We aim to study the incidence and risk factors associated with postpartum urinary retention in women undergoing instrumental delivery.
