Introduction Endometrial cancer, one of the most prevalent gynecological malignancies, represents a significant contributor to global mortality and morbidity. The histological subtype of this cancer is pivotal in treatment planning and patient risk stratification. This case series, comprising seven cases, underscores the significance of rare endometrial cancer variants and the importance of ancillary studies, specifically immunohistochemistry, in comprehending and diagnosing the condition.

Sterile Endocarditis and Splenic Infarct: A Rare Masquerading Presentation of Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis in a Patient With Pulmonary Aspergillosis.

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a rare multisystem disease characterized by vasculitis affecting small vessels, resulting in the formation of necrotising granulomata, primarily affecting the lungs, the upper respiratory tract, and kidneys. Almost all patients have upper and lower respiratory involvement; up to 85% of patients with GPA develop kidney disease within two years of diagnosis. Cutaneous, neurological, and ocular manifestations are also seen with varying frequencies.

An unusual presentation of chronic sclerosing sialadenitis of submandibular gland (Kuttner's tumour).

Kuttner's tumour, also known as chronic sclerosing sialadenitis, is a localised form of IgG4 disease which presents as asymptomatic submandibular gland swelling. The diagnosis is usually based on histopathology and immunohistochemistry. A 33-year-old woman presented with acute-onset pain and swelling in the right submandibular region.

Sclerosing Pneumocytoma of the Lung: A Case Report.

Pulmonary Sclerosing Pneumocytoma (PSP) is a rare tumour of the lung and is always benign. Diagnosis is made incidentally following chest X-ray or chest CT scan performed for other clinical conditions. We report a case of PSP in a seven-year-old girl who got admitted for evaluation of an anterior mediastinal mass.

A Tumour in Disguise in the Right Palm- Monophasic Synovial Sarcoma.

Synovial sarcoma is one of the poorly differentiated malignant soft tissue tumour occuring commonly among young adults in the extremities. We report a 50-year-old female presenting with a soft tissue mass in the right palm. On examination, a single firm and non tender swelling was noticed adjacent to the thenar muscles.
