The apparent tendency of decreasing male fertility is observed during last years. Basically, this occurrence is related to deterioration of environment conditions, harmful habits and male's organism state. The WHO standards of indicators of spermogram were formulated by averaging the statistical data collected in various countries.

Material And Methods: Antianginal and angioprotective effects of perindopril (8 mg/day) were studied in 37 patients (22 men, 15 women, mean age 62,2 +/- 5,3 years) with IHD and functional class (FC) I - III angina.
Hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia are at high risk to develop coronary heart disease (CHD). Chemotherapeutic correction of hyperlipidemia seems most reliable modality to prevent CHD. Hypolipidemic effect and tolerance of leskol (fluvastatin) in dietotherapy-resistant hypercholesterolemia were studied in 74 patients with essential hypertension treated with hypotensive drugs.

A single dose of the drug (300 mg/day) diminished hypertension and angina pectoris in 79 and 63% of the patients, respectively. A 4-week dilren produced a 10-11% decrease in the total peripheral vascular resistance, prolonged P-Q interval by 0.

The examination was performed during an acute drug test and continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The efficiency of the therapy was monitored by conventional clinical tools, bicycle ergometric test, studies of intracardiac hemodynamic parameters from echocardiographic evidence.

An antianginal effect was observed in 68.5% of patients, an antihypertensive effect--in 71.

Tobanum produced antianginal effect in 82.2% of cases, and was well tolerated.

The data provided by questioning, examinations and bicycle ergometric tests showed an antianginal effect in 68.5% of the patients treated with corinfar and adalate, and in 61% of those given fenigidin.

The echocardiogram demonstrated dextrodivision of the aortic root, interruption in the continuity of the interventricular septum and the anterior wall of the aorta, incomplete image of the interventricular septum in its upper part, distention of the aortic root, stenosis of the right ventricular infundibulum, and hypertrophy of the right ventricular myocardium. The presence and severity of all developmental anomalies of the heart and major vessels known as tatraology of Fallot may be identified by the echocardiography method in most cases.
