Study Objectives: Acquiring a better comprehension of obstructive sleep apnea physiopathology can contribute to improving patient selection for surgical treatments. We hypothesize that maxillary transverse deficiency restricts the space available for the tongue, leading to upper airway obstruction during sleep.
