Juvenile acute non-proliferative glomerulonephritis (JANG) is a relatively new clinico-pathological entity established in 2000. A PubMed search revealed only two published reports encompassing 14 cases of JANG. It is distinguished from acute post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis by the presence of normal serum complement and the absence of diffuse proliferation of mesangial cells in the glomeruli.

Low-grade Extranodal Marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, a subtype of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, involving the kidney is a rare clinical entity. Association of Minimal change disease nephrotic range proteinuria with Hodgkin's lymphoma is well described, however is extremely uncommon with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We describe a patient who presented with nephrotic syndrome and a kidney biopsy revealed marginal zone lymphoma and diffuse epithelial foot process effacement.

Hydralazine is a commonly used drug for treatment of hypertension and is known to cause drug-induced lupus erythematosus. It has rarely been reported to cause anti neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive vasculitis, a life-threatening complication. Presentation could be extremely variable delaying diagnosis.
