Prediction of adverse cardiac outcomes in high-risk Mexican patients with chest pain in the emergency department.

Objective: The aim of the study was to compare the discriminative power and accuracy for prediction of MACE of five commonly used scoring tools in Mexican patients with chest pain who present to the ED.

Methods: A single-center, prospective, observational, and comparative study of patients admitted to the ED with chest pain as the chief complaint. Five chest pain scoring systems were calculated.
