Nasopharyngeal adenocarcinomas (NPACs) are uncommon neoplasms with a diverse histomorphology and clinical behavior. The purpose of our study was to better understand the clinicopathologic characteristics of NPACs and to identify the histologic and immunohistochemical features that distinguish the subtypes of papillary NPACs.
