Interrater Reliability of Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis 3 (OPD-3).

The study aims to assess interrater reliability of the revised Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis 3 (OPD-3) system. Three OPD axes were included in the reliability analysis: the Levels of Structural Integration Axis (OPD-LSIA), the Conflict Axis (OPD-CA), and the Interpersonal Relations Axis (OPD-IRA). A heterogeneous sample of n = 80 patients was diagnostically assessed with SCID-I and SCID-II as well as with an OPD interview.
