LEGAL CONFLICTS IN MEDICAL PRACTICE AND METHODS OF THEIR RESOLUTION.

Objective: The aim: A theoretical and applied study of the essence of legal conflicts in the field of medical activity in order to determine the proper system of ways to protect the interests of patients, doctors and other participants in medical legal relations.

Thus, the comparative legal method was used to compare the features of the legal regulation of the rights protection of medical legal relations subjects in different countries.

THE NATURE AND FEATURES OF SURROGACY AS AN ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY.

The purpose of the article is to analyze certain aspects of modern discourse concerning the nature of surrogacy and its features, including the outline of the main legal obligations arising from the surrogacy technology application. The methodological basis of this work is a system of methods, scientific approaches, techniques, and principles that were aimed at achieving the study objectives. Universal, general scientific and special legal methods were used.

PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO EUTHANASIA THROUGH THE PRISM OF INHERITANCE LAW.

The article highlights the problematic issues of the right to euthanasia in the context of inheritance. The legislation of foreign countries (in particular, the USA, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Canada) on the possibility of drawing up a «living will» and/ or a request for euthanasia is analyzed. Attention is drawn to the opposing positions of scientists, who argue both «for» and «against» the possibility of expressing the wish of a person to make a «living will» and a request for euthanasia.

The article examines certain aspects of the application of virtual reality technologies in medicine. Attention is drawn to the partial regulation of human rights protection when using virtual and augmented reality technologies in medical practice. The scope of application of virtual and augmented reality technologies in scientific research, in the education and training of medical workers, as well as in medical practice (therapy, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, surgery and related procedures) has been investigated.

THE BOUNDARIES OF GENDER TOLERANCE IN THE MODERN SOCIETY AND LEGAL STATE (REVIEW).

The paper highlights the features of differentiation of the following concepts: «sex», «gender», DSD and Gender incongruence. Such criteria of a person's sex as psychological and social gender in the aspect of a person's right to gender self-identification are distinguished. The case law of the European Court of Human Rights on guaranteeing the right to gender identity is under study.
