We analyzed cytokine profile in blood serum of patients with uterine myoma and revealed significantly reduced level of IFNγ and a tendency towards a decrease in the levels of IL-1β and TNFα; the levels of IL-6, IL-8, and IL-12p70 did not differ from those in healthy women. The drop in the concentrations of factors responsible for inflammation and angiogenesis in tissues are unfavorable for proliferation and differentiation of the uterine tissues.

To investigate the XRD, SEM, IR, EDS had been used. It was shown that after ultrasonic processing, sodium aluminates are formed, what leads to a change in process of further synthesis.

Material And Methods: A total of 102 AMD and 100 non-AMD participants in the same age range were examined at the Novosibirsk branch of the Academician S.N.
The levels of spontaneous and concanavalin A-induced production of some key cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-4, Il-6, and IL-10) were assessed in the cultures of mononuclear cells derived from healthy volunteers examined for polymorphism of the promotor sites of the respective genes. The presence of certain allelic variants in the promoter regions of human cytokine genes mostly determines the rates of induced and spontaneous cytokine production. Allelic variant -31C of IL-1β gene is associated with high production rate of the related cytokine.

Contrary to the notable reversible green/red dominant emission evolution in the Ag(+) exchanged LTA zeolites upon hydration/dehydration in air (or water vapor)/vacuum, emission spectra of the Ag(+) exchanged SOD zeolites are insensitive to the environmental change. This is most probably due to the difficult H2O permeation in SOD zeolites in comparison with LTA zeolites.
