Introduction: Individual risk assessment of assisted reproductive technologies is essential for personalized treatment strategies. Genetic and genomic indicators of the response to stress by cells could provide individual prognostic indicators for fertilization (IVF) success. Such indicators include the copy number of ribosomal genes (rDNA), which modulates the level of protein synthesis, and the abundance of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), which provides the cell with energy, while the content of telomere repeats (TRs) indicate the biological age.

Plant polyphenols have poor water solubility, resulting in low bioavailability. In order to overcome this limitation, the drug molecules can be coated with multiple layers of polymeric materials. Microcrystals of quercetin and resveratrol coated with a (PAH/PSS) or (CH/DexS) shell were prepared using the layer-by-layer assembly method; cultured human HaCaT keratinocytes were treated with UV-C, and after that, cells were incubated with native and particulate polyphenols.

The experimental data obtained indicate a cytoprotective effect of PPs added immediately after UV-C exposure. The efficiency of PPs was lowered in the following order: acacetin ≥ silybin > quercetin.

Unilateral complete atresia of the choan makes it difficult to diagnose early: the initial diagnosis can be established in the second year of life and later, already at school age. In Russian and foreign literature in recent years, cases of diagnosing congenital atresia of choanomas in older children are known, the maximum age of children is 17-18 years, it is noted that such cases are very rare.

The pro-aging molecular pathways and cellular targets affected by UVA+UVB light in human skin have been extensively investigated. Notwithstanding growing knowledge in mechanisms of photoaging, research and development of clinically efficient, nontoxic, and sustainable topical preparations providing full physical, chemical, and biological photoprotection still remain a great challenge for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
