- A case study of a 38-year-old pregnant woman showed significant knee pain for 8 weeks, diagnosed as TO, which resolved completely within a few months.
- Healthcare providers should consider TO as a possible diagnosis for knee pain in pregnant women.

It has been seldom documented in gastric cancer. A 75-year-old male patient presented with a palpable abdominal resistance in the left upper abdominal quadrant and ultrasound evaluation revealed a well-vascularized mass presenting with PKS.
