The research of efficiency of operative and conservative methods of treatment was conducted in 426 patients with damage of the hip joint, brought to the Dzhanelidze Research Institute of Emergency Medicine, Saint-Petersburg with severe mechanical shockogeneous trauma, resulted in shock since 1997 till 2008. The operative interventions were performed using the methods suggested by the authors. The results were estimated by Harris scale and showed significant advantages of operative methods over conservative ones.

The appearance of changes in the brain was delayed when drugs were used separately: donepezil hydrochloride (arisept), 10 - 11 days, epinephrine and nimodipine, 1 - 2 days. The treatment of flies with the same drugs in the order arisept + epinephrine + nimodipine leads to the complete regeneration of D.

It was shown that Adement as neuroprotector causes the delay of neurodegenerative changes by 10-15 days and increase of lifetime by 14%. None of the studied low-molecular fractions did not reveal the better effect on these indices than the total preparation.

In addition, similar specific phenotypes shared by different species suggest that common mechanisms underlie degeneration of their nerve cell. This study reports the results of a genetic analysis of new X-chromosome mutants with neurodegenerative changes in brain structure, which were induced by chemical mutagenesis.
