The composition of microflora of the distal part of intestine of 25 healthy and osteoporotic women-patients aged 50-79 years, depending on their diet, has been studied. The quantitative composition of intestinal microflora of women with osteoporosis, indicates the presence of dysbiosis caused by the decrease in the content of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli and a high level of undesirable microorganisms. The content of 78 nutrients in the diet of the examined women was analyzed.

The efficacy of preparation "Tachocomb" application in 224 children, ageing from 1 day to 18 years old, was studied up. The spectrum of the preparation studying had included the investigation of its properties, which secure an additional isolation for the intestinal and vascular walls defects, and hemostatic effect in the hemorrhage area as well. The data obtained trust the safety and efficacy of "Tachocomb" platelets application in pediatric surgery and permit to recommend them for improvement of the surgical treatment results.

The wide spread of osteoporosis in women in the post-menopausal period stipulates the need for new effective means of prevention and correction of pathologic alterations in the bone tissue. Effect of two peptide bioregulators: cartilages preparation based on the cartilaginous tissue extract and T-31 substance on the mineral density of rat bone tissue has been studied in the experimental model of osteoporosis. The study has revealed an osteoprotective effect of both studied substances, with significantly higher efficacy of the preparation based on cartilaginous tissue extract.

44 postmenopausal patients (45-76 years of old) have been observed. Interrelationship between composition and functional activity of peripheral blood cells, TNF-alpha level in the serum and bone density in postmenopausal women has been analyzed. It was established that the increase in neutrophil activity in women with osteoporosis, the high level of immune complexes are accompanied by the high level of IgG and autoantibodies to DNA.

A study was made into the structural-and-functional status of the osseous tissue in patients with neuroendocrinemetabolic form of the hypothealamic syndrome. Noted in the above patients were abnormalities in the calcium-phosphorous balance which are manifested by a drop in the blood level of calcium and by profound hypercalciuria. All examinees have been shown to present with the osteopenic syndrome formation.
