[Comparison of the immune response in patients with alcoholic liver disease and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis].

Unlabelled: The aim of the study was to compare the features of immune response in patients with alcoholic liver disease and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.

Materials: There was investigated immune status of 46 patients with alcoholic liver disease and 34 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.

Results: It was found the resemblance of the immune regulation of pathogenesis in both diseases.

[Therapeutic possibilities hepatoprotectors in alcoholic liver cirrhosis].

Unlabelled: The aim of the study was to investigate the therapeutic opportunities of S-adenosylmethionine and polyunsaturated lecithin in Child class A patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis using transient elastography.

Materials: The 38 males Child class A alcoholic liver cirrhosis were investigated.

Results: The use of S-adenosylmethionine or polyunsaturated lecithin in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis is reasonable cause of their possibility to reduce the fibrogenesis in liver tissue and of their possibility to improve the function of remained intact hepatocytes.

[Immune response in patients with HCV infection on the south of western Siberia].

Unlabelled: The aim of the study was to investigate the features of immune response in patients with HCV infection on the South of Western Siberia.

Materials: The 130 patients with different genotips of HCV infection were investigated (95 men and 35 women).

Results: On the territory of the South of Western Siberia the 1 and 3 genotips of HCV infection were present especially in young men and women and 1b subtype was dominated.
