[Possibilities of thermographic rating the level of microcirculation with local anesthesia in dentistry].

Unlabelled: It is known that the reduction of blood vessels by epinephrine that are part of the local anesthetic leads to a decrease in oxygen intake and the development of hypoxia, which has a significant effect on the excitability of nerve fibers. This is due to the fact that epinephrine is present in the local anesthetic cartridge, which helps to reduce, until termination, microcirculation in the depot area, which leads to local hypothermia. With the introduction of local anesthetics, the temperature of which is significantly lower than the depot temperature, the patient experiences severe discomfort, which is associated with unsuccessful local anesthesia.

[Ultrastructure of root cup meristematic cells of Cucumis sativus L. seedlings under inhibition of root growth by synthetic cyclopentene beta,beta'-triketone].

A study was made of the ultrastructure of root cap meristematic cells in the seedlings of Cucumis sativus L., whose growth was inhibited by the action of 2-acetyl-4-metylcyclopent-4-en-1,3-dione (AMCD). It is shown that the treatment of seeds by this substance at a concentration of 100 microg/ml leads to the main root inhibition by 73% and, as compared to the control, causes the highest changes in mitochondria that do not reach normal dimensions and undergo degeneration.

[Effect of extractive substances and total glycoside fraction from Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer on root growth of Cucumis sativus L. seedlings].

We studied the effect of extractive substances (ES) and total glycoside fraction (TGF) from Panax ginseng on plant cell growth. The seeds of cucumber Cucumis sativus L., KIT variety, were used for the biological assay.
