[Evaluation of the adaptation system and level of nonspecific resistance of the body in the post-traumatic period of mild craniocerebral injuries].

Original techniques, including variational pulsometry and determination of parameters of homeostatic reactions of the blood previously never used in examination of such patients, were employed for the assessment of the adaptational-regulatory system and the level of nonspecific resistance in 99 patients with a history of mild craniocerebral injury (MCCI). The authors identified significant differences in the parameters depending on the age and stage of the posttraumatic period, as well as their positive time-course in the process of treatment. The control group consisted of 112 clinically healthy people working in similar occupational environment.
