[The radical treatment of a suppurating epithelial coccygeal cyst and of a cyst of the sacrococcygeal area].

The results of treatment of 65 patients after radical excision of the suppurated pilonidal sinus and cyst of the sacro-coccygeal region with subsequent irradiation of the wound with scattered beam of the helium-neon laser are presented.
