[Status of the nervous system in victims of the accident at the Chernobyl atomic power plant].

Under neurological investigation were 113 patients with different degrees of severity of acute radiation disease (ARD). The patients were relatively evenly irradiated by beta- and gamma-rays as a result of CPP accident. The onset time and markedness of the signs of primary reaction were related to ARD severity.
