Background: Recently, cold atmospheric plasma (CAP), as well as adipose mesenchymal stem cells derived exosomes (ADMSCs-EX), have been applied separately to wound healing treatment. However, no study has investigated the additive effect on the healing mechanism of these two methods in the same skin lesion treatment model.
Aim: We conduct this study to describe the results of using CAP and human ADMSCs-EX on in vitro wound healing.

Background: Stroke recurrence and disability are important challenges to overcome in patients with minor ischemic stroke. The aim of our study was to determine the factors associated with unfavorable outcomes in patients with minor ischemic stroke.
Methods: This was a prospective cohort study including patients with minor ischemic stroke with a National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score ≤ 4 who were treated at the Bach Mai Hospital stroke center from June 15, 2021, to September 15, 2022.
In biopharmaceutical process development time, cost and reliability are the relevant keywords. During the development of chromatographic processes these targets are challenged by many possible scaffolds, ligands and process parameters. The common response to this diversity is the establishment of platform processes in the development of chromatographic unit operations.

Objectives: The incidence of carbapenem resistance among nosocomial Gram-negative bacteria in Vietnam is high and increasing, including among Enterobacterales. In this study, we assessed the presence of one of the main carbapenemase genes, bla, among carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) from four large hospitals in Hanoi, Vietnam, between 2010 and 2015, and described their key molecular characteristics.
Methods: KPC-producing Enterobacterales were detected using conventional PCR and were further analysed using S1 nuclease pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (S1-PFGE), Southern blotting and whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for sequence typing and genetic characterisation.
