In the presence of numerous trigger factors contributing to the exposure of allergodermathosis, there is significant heterogeneity in the phenotypic manifestations of the disease, the severity of its course, as well as the co-morbidity and response to therapy. Objective - to assess the possibility of predicting the severity of allergodermathosis complicated by staphylococcal infection, taking into account the patients' clinical and medical history, bacteriological and immunological indicators. The study included 252 patients with allergodermathosis (95 with atopic dermatitis (AD) and 157 with true eczema (TE)), who were admitted for treatment to the Department of Dermatology of the SE "Institute of Dermatology and Venerology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" in 2016 - 2019.
