Methods of biomicroscopy of the eye conjunctival vessels using a photoslit tube and polarography on the LP-7 apparatus were employed. Considerable disorders of microcirculation and tissue oxygen balance in patients with Addison's disease depending on a degree of severity of disease indicated a great role of the adrenocortical hormones in maintaining homeostatic stability and body vital activity.
