Introduction: Unicondylar knee replacement (UKR) is a surgical procedure frequently performed to treat medial compartment osteoarthritis, offering advantages such as quicker recovery and preservation of knee kinematics. However, complications can arise, including periprosthetic fractures. Patella fractures in the context of UKR are particularly challenging due to the presence of the implant.

Materials And Methods: Genki, an AI-based CADe software, was employed in four mobile diagnostic units in remote areas of Chennai, India for screening TB. Patients from remote areas of Chennai who visited the vans and registered in the screening program underwent chest radiography, and the acquired X-ray scans were analyzed using Genki, which provided an assessment of each scan as either "TB suggestive" or "TB not suggestive".

Background: Pregnancy and HIV affect CD4+ T lymphocytes and impact performance of QuantiFERON-TB Gold (QFT). We compared the results of QFT with QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus (QFT-Plus), which also measures CD8+ responses to TB antigens, during pregnancy and postpartum.
Methods: We screened 516 pregnant women for TB infection (TBI) with IGRA.
Background: A central goal of implementation science is to generate insights that allow evidence-based practices to be successfully applied across diverse settings. However, challenges often arise in preserving programs' effectiveness outside the context of their intervention development. We propose that qualitative data can inform generalizability via elucidating mechanisms of an intervention.
