Examination findings of X-ray dynamics in 27 patients with disseminated destructive pulmonary tuberculosis are presented. The above patients were subjected to a surgical transsternal occlusion of the upper bronchi after their admission to the Thoracic Surgery Department of the Gorky Regional Antituberculous Dispensary. The study of the X-ray data thus obtained in the immediate and late postoperative periods has demonstrated different versions of the dynamics of roentgenomorphologic changes both in cavitary formations and their adjoining lung tissue.
