Objective: To estimate the capabilities of a developed complex of pulse sequences (PSs) for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to diagnose male urethral diseases.
Material And Methods: The results of MRI, X-ray contrast retrograde urethrography (RUG), and voiding cystourethrography (VCUG) were analyzed in 46 patients of different ages who were treated for suspected urethral pathology at the Urology Unit, Rostov State Medical University Clinic.
Results: An algorithm is proposed for tomographic examination of the male lower urinary tract, which involves patient preparation and positioning, a list of PSs and the order of their use, and their parameters.
Objective: To estimate the capabilities of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to identify penile anatomic structures and their topographic relationships.
Material And Methods: Penile MRI results were analyzed in 52 men of different ages who had no history, clinical, laboratory, and radiological data in favor of diseases of this organ.
Results: Penile imaging technology and its algorithm, including patient preparation and posi-tioning and a list of impulse sequences and their parameters, are proposed.

Vascular duplex ultrasound duplex with simultaneous ECG registration was made to estimate the quantitative and time parameters of blood flow in the renal arteries with grade 1-2 arterial hypertension. There were increases in vascular resistance indices and acceleration phase index and a reduction in systolic phase index. There were correlations of the time parameters of blood flow in the renal arteries with age and lipidogram values.

This article evaluates MRI diagnostic value in discovering of the non-organic hydatid disease. MRI data of 21 patients, suffering from parasite pathology of liver (n = 12), liver and peritoneum cavity (n = 2), liver and retroperitoneal space (n = 2), liver and thigh's muscles (n = 1), peritoneum cavity (n = 2), retroperitoneal space (n = 1), spine and paravertebral area (n = 1) were analyzed. Based on histopathological results, features of unusually localized hydatid cysts (HC) MRI- semiotics are described in detail and compared with liver echinococcosis.
