[Multiple sclerosis vaccine: possibilities of the use of dendritic cells immunomodulatory potential].

For the first time we carried out a clinical assessment of the safety, tolerability and clinical efficacy course of repeated administration of experimental modified autologous vaccine interleykin (IL-10) dendritic cells in two patients with secondary-progressive multiple sclerosis patient and one with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. In the course of treatment, we carried out clinical and immunological monitoring. It was found out that intradermal dose of 3 x 10⁶ cells applied to spinal area 6-12.

[Activity of proliferative and apoptotic processes in the integration of human papillomavirus type 16 DNA into the cervical epithelium].

Sixty 60 human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16-positive cervical epithelium biopsy specimens were studied by cytological, histological, immunomorphological, and PCR assays. No correlation was found between proliferation markers and the degree of integration of HPV 16 DNA integration into the cell genome. The number of cells with Ki-67 expression, mitoses, and their alteration was related to the grade of epithelial lesion.

[For the history of creation of central anatomicopathological facility of the Ministry of Defence].

The system of anatomicopathological facilities was created in 30s of XX century and first years of the Great Patriotic War. The goal of this system was to increase the effectiveness of Sanitary Corps of the Red Army. These anatomicopathological facilities analyzed causes of death of injured soldiers during all stages of the system of treatment-evacuative support of troops and mistakes made by medical specialists during first aid treatment.

[Morphological characteristics of HCV cirrhosis of the liver].

Pathomorphological changes were analyzed in the HCV-cirrhotic liver of patients with varying decompensation of the organ 's function. The decompensation of liver function in HCV cirrhosis was shown to be directly related to the infectious process. It is conceivable that it is to a greater degree determined by an autoimmune response, as confirmed by lower blood virus replicative activity, NS3 protein expression in the cells of an inflammatory infiltrate in the portal tract, and reduced detection rates for NS3 protein expression in the hepatocytic cytoplasm as the pathological process progresses.
