It is known that X-ray and gamma-ray pulsars can only be observed by spacecraft because signals from these pulsars are impossible to be detected on the Earth's surface due to their strong absorption by the Earth's atmosphere. The article is devoted to the theoretical aspects regarding the development of an autonomous radio navigation system for transport with a small receiving antenna, using radio signals from pulsars, similar to navigation systems for space navigation. Like GNSS systems (X-ray and radio), they use signals from four suitable pulsars to position the object.

Despite the low hepatic metabolism of baclofen, data on its use in this subgroup are scarce. The French multicenter Observatory of patients treated with Baclofen for Alcohol DEpendence real-life cohort assessed: (a) prescription modalities of baclofen in liver units; (b) safety profile of baclofen; and (c) declared alcohol intake, biological markers of excessive alcohol intake and hepatic function at 12 months.

A suboptimal multichannel algorithm for joint detection and evaluation of the parameters of the forward scattering signal created by an airplane (duration and velocity) is proposed, with preliminary compensation of the powerful direct signal emitted by cosmic sources (pulsar, Sun and Moon). The expressions for calculation of the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) at the input of the detector and the compensator are obtained.

We describe Comp-1, an allosteric small molecule that selectively detaches hexokinase 2 from the mitochondria. Detachment of hexokinase 2 reduces glycolysis and triggers apoptosis in cancer cells, without affecting hexokinase 1-expressing normal cells.

Aim: Our aim was to report our experience in using baclofen in alcohol-dependant patients with or without liver cirrhosis.
Patients And Methods: Consecutive patients from two liver and alcohol units were recruited over a 3-year period and received increasing doses of baclofen associated with social, psychological, and medical care.
