DAILY PROFILE DYNAMICS OF BLOOD PRESSURE AND DIASTOLIC FUNCTION OF LEFT VENTRICLE IN CARDIAC REHABILITATION PATIENTS DEPENDING ON SMOKING FACTOR.

Aim of the research - to study the peculiar features of the left ventricle (LV) diastolic function (DF) and regulation of arterial pressure (AP) in patients with a history of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in cardiac rehabilitation treatment dynamics depending on smoking factor. 114 patients at the age of 42-78 years old (average age 56,61±1,35) that have recently had ACS (less than 28 days ago) have been examined and have passed cardiac rehabilitation programme in the rehabilitation department after cardiac diseases at "Morshynkurort" sanatorium-resort complex. All patients have been divided into 2 groups according to smoking habit.

Objective: Introduction: Acute forms of cardiovascular are a major problem in the structure of morbidity and mortality, especially among perimenopausal women. The most important is nature and features of the damage of the coronary arteries on the basis of the development of estrogen deficiency in perimenopausal women with non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome and the frequent absence of visual lesions of the coronary arteries, which require a detailed study. The aim: To conduct lesions of epicardial arteries and coronary microcirculation in women with non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome, depending on the level of female sex hormones.

[Changes of twenty-four-hour profile blood pressure and its correction of patients with arterial hypertension on the background of combined antihypertensive therapy application].

The aim of this research was the study of efficiency and endurance antihypertensive therapy on the basis of fixed combination of enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) and enalapril and HCTZ in combination with amlodipine according to the twenty-four-hour (? day-and-night) monitoring of blood pressure (? 24H BPM) of patients with arterial hypertension (AH) 2-3 severity. The study included 33 patients with 2-3 grade of hypertension (average age--54,40 ± 3.45 years).
