Pigeonpea is an important legume valued for its high nutritional, agricultural, and economic significance in the Asian subcontinent. Despite its potential for high yield, productivity remains stagnant due to several abiotic and biotic stresses. To mitigate these challenges, biotechnological interventions like genome editing offer promising solutions.

Many of these endophytes are known to promote plant growth and/or contribute in stress alleviation by producing an array of secondary metabolites and phytohormones. In agroecosystem, plants are continuously exposed to various biotic stressors which affect their growth and development as well as quality and quantity of the crop.

The aim of this in vitro study was to compare fracture resistance and failure modes of two margin preparation for computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) fabricated polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) endocrowns for primary molars.
Methods: Twenty extracted human primary molars were pulpectomized and restored with composite resin as per the standard protocol.
Objectives: To compare the success of glass ionomer cement (GIC) restorations in carious primary molars using single-visit and two-visit silver modified atraumatic restorative technique (SMART).
Methods: This was a parallel-group, two-arm randomized controlled trial conducted in a tertiary-care hospital. 150 children aged 4-9 years with asymptomatic carious lesions were recruited and randomized to one of the two interventions: single-visit and two-visit SMART.
