The time derivative of a charge density is linked to a current density by the continuity equation. However, it features only the longitudinal part of a current density, which is known to produce no radiation. This fact usually remains unnoticed and may appear puzzling at first, suggesting that the temporal variation of a charge density should be also irrelevant to radiation.

Materials And Methods: A cohort prospective study of the COPD effect on mortality and coronary microvascular obstruction (CMVO, no-reflow) development after PCI in ACS was carried out. 626 patients admitted in 2019-2020 were included, 418 (67%) - men, 208 (33%) - women.
A fundamentally new synthetic approach to the synthesis of 2-aminopurine has been developed. It consists in the combination of the creation of a condensed polyazotic heterocyclic tetrazolopyrimidine structure, its transformation into triaminopyrimidine, and its subsequent cyclization into 2-aminopurine. The structure of the obtained compounds was established based on spectral characteristics, and the structure of the intermediate compound was established directly by X-ray diffraction analysis.

To resolve this limitation, systems based on bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET), that do not require an external light source are proposed. Herein, for BRET-activated PDT we developed proteinaceous BRET-pair consisting of luciferase NanoLuc, which acts as energy donor upon addition of luciferase specific substrate furimazine, and phototoxic protein SOPP3 as a photosensitizer.
