Introduction: Cognitive defects are frequently described after cardiac surgery. They occur in 30 to 79% cases. They might be related to the use of a cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).

Clinical Features: A 27-yr-old woman displayed typical PDPH following epidural anaesthesia.
