[Laser therapy in the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction].

The use of laser radiation in a complex of therapeutic measures after acute myocardial infarction promoted improvement in a clinical course of the disease, stabilization of coronary circulation as shown by ECG, intracardiac hemodynamics registered at echo-CG. The latter is able to identify early indications of hemodynamic defects. Basing on these data correction of rehabilitation plan is made.
