[Possibilities of computer analysis of emergency states in acute poisoning].

Computers offer new possibilities for scientifically-based analysis of emergency states in toxicological patients and for improvement of treatment of such patients. Toxicometric assessment of the quantitative effect of toxic compounds using computer programs BMDP, SSP, and SAS with probit analysis, factor, cluster, and other types of analysis is particularly valuable. Such an approach permits a most objective assessment of the toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of poisons, helps single out the priority trends in research with due consideration for the type of toxin which caused poisoning, changes in clinical laboratory parameters, etc.

[The clinico-morphological toxicodynamics of organophosphate insecticide poisonings].

The article deals with investigation of dynamics of clinical morphological pattern in acute poisoning with organophosphorous insecticides. For this purpose all specific and non-specific effects of this chemical disease are classified according to the moment of their occurrence after poison exposure. Morphological equivalent of specific clinical manifestations at different stages of thanatogenesis of this poisoning was determined.
