[Peculiarities of clinical manifestations in children with the irritable bowel syndrome].

The article is devoted to the problem of clinical manifestation of irritated bowels syndrome among children. It is stated that the leading symptom of suffering - abdominal pian - is combined with the psychopathologic symptomatology such as various neurosis-like disorders, which should be taken into consideration while developing therapeutic measures among such patients.

[Peculiarities of thyroid pathology in the childhood].

The paper deals with etiopathogenetic and clinical peculiarities, and also therapeutic methods during the pathological processes in the thyroid system in the childhood. The most common of these processes is the diffuse nontoxic goiter, which results in abnormality of metabolic processes regulation in the child's growing organism and often signals to the beginning of many thyropathies.

[Clinical-pathogenetic features of meningococcal infection in children].

Analysis features of clinical manifestation and pathogenetic mechanisms of development of meningococcal infection is introduced. It is emphasized that in most cases mentioned infection is characterized by mild course as nasopharyngitidis. However relatively seldom developing generalize form put this phatology on third place after intestinal infections and septicemia in structure of child mortality from infection deseases.

[Some peculiarities of aetiological factors of chronic pyelonephritis development in the childhood].

The paper provides literature data concerning the role of heredity, anatomico-physiological peculiarities which contribute to the chronic pyelonephritis formation in the childhood. The conditions of the infectious-inflammatory process development in the urinary tract are specified and some reasons of its chronization are mentioned. The peculiarities of the immunological reaction are analysed, as well as the role of nonimmune mechanisms, such as the lipid peroxidation process during the pyelonephritis development in the childhood.

[Rehabilitation of children with the connective tissue dysplasia in sport clubs and fitness complexes].
