[The impact of social deadaptation on rural population health in the Novosibirsk oblast].

The sociological survey was organized for developing of organization of medical care to socially deadapted patients in rural territories. The sampling consisted of 156 district therapists of central district hospitals of the Novosibirskaia oblast providing primary medical care at out-patient stage. The females consisted 83.

[The expert evaluation of enhancement of organization of functioning of territorial polyclinic].

The planning of optimizing activities of out-patient service is appropriate to carry out examination of opinions of administrators of ambulatory medical organizations. The expertise of 70 head physicians and their deputies of treatment activities of ambulatory medical organizations of Novosibirsk determined directions of optimization of functioning of territorial polyclinic. The applied activities resulted in decreasing of indicators of period of visiting, and level of social deadaptation of patients.

[The opinions of district physicians-therapists concerning expedience of distant counseling of patients at the ambulatory level].

The sociological survey of 91 district physician-therapists was carried out to evaluate degree of implementation by patients of prescribed treatment. At the same time, most of the respondents assume that untimely decision of issues appeared in patients during treatment process decrease effectiveness of prescribed treatment. Besides, these issues very often can be resolved using Internet.

[A method of increasing the effectiveness of anti-glaucoma operations].

The authors have proved the possibility to prevent cicatrization between scleral laminae after antiglaucoma surgery in 16 rat experiments. They analyze late and remote results of 341 surgeries for open-angle glaucoma, 52 of these traditional trabeculectomies and 289 trabeculectomies with placing hemostatic viscose under the scleral flap. The results evidence the efficacy of viscose application: the incidence of complications early after surgery and in the late periods was essentially reduced and a more stable hypotensive effect achieved.
