Introduction: Local rotation plasty is a well-known and well-accepted plastic surgery tool for the body surface defects treatment. Because of some new theoretical streams in the literature, authors performed their own researches among oncological, non-oncological cases in which the method was performed as a part of surgical treatment.
Aim: The aim of this study is a clinical analysis of local plasty application in different anatomical regions of the human body.
During the period of 2003-2004 years 100 consecutive thyroid surgeries was done in the clinic. Despite of clinical diagnosis or type of surgery they were separated into two groups. The first one (43) patients with post operative drainage, and the second one (57) with no drains.

Unlabelled: Locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) usually have a poor prognosis. In some cases surgical treatment is not performed at all due to technical problem: mastectomy defect closure. Even all additional forms of treatment are involved there is a little chance to reduce a huge tumor mass and get tumor growing under control.

Bouveret's Syndrome is obstruction of the duodenum secondary to an impacted gallstone, usually without the presence of pneumobilia With the steadily increasing lie expectancy, greater number of these cases are being seen. Gallstones enter the gastrointestinal tract following fistula formation between the gallbladder and an adjacent hollow viscus and may cause obstruction at any point along the intestinal tract. Duodenal obstruction is the least common and represents only a very small percentage of cases.
