BURNOUT IN MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND THE MEASURES TO PREVENT IT.

The article presents a retrospective analysis of the concept of occupational and emotional burnout syndrome in medical professionals in the field of mental health. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MORBIDITY INDICATORS AMONG THE POPULATION OF THE EU AND UKRAINE UNDER CONDITIONS OF STRESSED LOAD OF THE ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATIONS AND PSYCHOPROPHYLAXIC MEASURES.

Public health is a multidimensional concept that includes the following medical indicators: number, age, and gender composition, symbols of fertility and mortality, disability, morbidity, and prevalence of diseases. But during the period of independence and the implementation of medical reform in the country, the medical and demographic situation has caused concern. It reflects the poor state of the health of the majority of the population of Ukraine.

COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES FOR SANITARY PROTECTION OF WATER FACILITIES IN UKRAINE BY EU DIRECTIVES: ECOLOGICAL AND HYGIENIC, ARCHITECTURAL-PLANNING AND LEGAL ASPECTS.

In modern conditions, the use and protection of water is an extremely complex problem. The environmental situation of water resources is relevant for all water basins in Ukraine, since most of the surface and groundwater in Ukraine are polluted. The aim of the research was to study the regulatory normatively-legal base of sanitary, ecolocal, water and urban planning legislation in the field of sanitary protection of water objects and establishing its compliance with the requirements of the European Union Directives with the development of measures to resolve issues of concern.

REGULATORY-LEGISLATIVE AND ECOLOGICAL-HYGIENIC ISSUES ON THE LOCATION OF MODERN MOTOR VEHICLE FILLING STATIONS.

The article presents the results of the comprehensive hygienic studies of ambient air pollution (based on calculated and actual concentrations of main pollutants) in a zone of influence of modern filling stations (FS) of small and medium capacity, taking into account compliance with the fire-prevention requirements. Sanitary protection zones (SPZ) for filling stations were substantiated taking into account the capacity: for the filling stations of low and medium capacity - not less than 50 m, and for filling stations of large capacity - not less than 100 m at the equipping with the ecologically safe outfit, introduction of the effective air protection measures, and introduction of risk approach to sanitary-and-epidemiological assessment of the location of filling stations. Sanitary classification of the enterprises and industries was proved to require a revision and rationing of differentiated sanitary protection zones (minimum and maximum SPZ) for filling stations taking into account the capacity, implementation of the effective air protection measures and introduction of risk approach to sanitary- and-epidemiological assessment of the location of filling stations.

[Hygienic problems in the location of modern wind electric power stations in their design].

Hygienic aspects of the placement of wind power plants (WPP) in connection with the intensive development of wind power and the lack of systematic information on their effects of the environment and living conditions of the population are becoming more actual. In the article there are considered results of the sanitary-epidemiological expertise of the construction project of three modern large wind farm (the South - Ukrainian, Tiligulskaya and Pokrovskaya) with a total capacity offrom 180 to 500 MW of wind farms with 2.3 MW power generators of wind turbines.
