[The spa-health resort and touristic-recreational facilities of the region: the methodological aspects of their development].

Unlabelled: The correction and optimization of the motor activity of the patients are currently the main priorities of all rehabilitative and recreational activities based at the spa and health resort facilities. The forms of such activities include walking tours and excursion trips. In other words, the excursion potential is one of the very important attributes of the recreational recourses.

[THE INFLUENCE OF HISTAMINE ON THE EFFECTOR NEURONS OF INTRAMURAL GANGLIA OF THE TRACHEA AND BRONCHI].

We considered the influence of the neurons of intramural ganglia in the reaction of the smooth muscle trachea and bronchi caused by electric field stimulation, by the action of histamine. We studied the effect of neurons of intramural ganglia in the activity of the smooth muscle trachea and bronchi in the action of low doses of histamine (0,1 and 10 μg/ml), L-NAME and hexamethonium. It was shown the blockade of neuronal transmission decreased the contraction of the smooth muscles trachea and bronchi by stimulation of the afferent nerve structures.

[Role intramural ganglion airway on action of histamine].

Influence of low concentration histamine on reactivity isolated trachea and bronchus preparations of rat induced field stimulation were studied. Application of 0.01-10 mkg histamine decreased responses preparation of trachea to 83% and bronchus to 79% at smooth muscle stimulation dose-depended manner.

[Heterogeneity of the rat respiratory way responses to serotonin].

In stimulation of preganglionic and postganglionic nervous fibres of the trachea and stimulation of preganglionic nervous fibres of the bronchi, serotonin strengthened reduction of a smooth muscle to 114 %. Methysergide (1.0 mkg) reduced responses to serotonin to 74-77 % on the trachea and practically didn't influence the bronchi.

[The influence of the length of work on the adaptation of the circulatory system of male teachers of different specialities].

The problem of human adaptation to the social and biological conditions of the existence is placed at the center of attention of many natural and social sciences studying vital activity of a person in all forms it displays. The basis of the existence of the human population is considered to be a social and labor activity of people. Recently, the importance of researches has increased, which enables to evaluate the functional state of a person under the circumstances of adaptation to a particular occupation.
