The transcutaneus Rheohepatography with ultrasound electrodes navigation (RUEN) discovered early specifically changes of hepatic blood flow in pts with diffuse hepatic pathology (DHP). It is necessary to use of the Conventional Rheohepatography for screening hepatics hemodynamics disorders in pts with DHP. For more differentiated approach it is necessary to use Doppler imaging of the hepatic blood flow.

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is one of the key components of defense system, which protect cells and tissues from oxidative destruction. The unique nature of this enzyme among other antioxidants, its localization in different intracellular compartment are reviewed in addition to enzyme behaviour under unflavourable influences. Besides, we considered questions of regulation of SOD activity, participation of such intracellular macromolecules as reactive oxygen species, calcium iones, phytogormones, and nitric oxide in this regulation, as well as phosphoralation/dephosphorylation process.

The results of the study of the fatty acid content and the functional state of chloroplasts isolated from leaves of pea plants grown during 7 and 14 days in the stationary conditions and under clinorotation (2 rpm) are presented. An increase in the unsaturated fatty acid content occurred after 7-day clinorotation while it insignificantly decreased after more prolonged 14-day clinorotation. A study of the functional state of chloroplasts (the rate of electron transport in photosystems II [PSII] and in photosystem I [PSI] and in the whole photosynthetic electron transport chain) showed its decrease under both terms of clinorotation in comparison with control ones.

The lipid peroxidation intensity and the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were studied in chloroplasts of Pisum sativum under clinorotation (for 7 and 14 days) for elucidating mechanisms of biological effect of altered gravity. In comparison with the control, increased LP levels in chloroplasts were established during both the terms of clinorotation. The SOD activity rose in the chloroplasts of plants clinorotated for 7 days, which has a significant protective effect.
