On the base of the anamnestic clinical characteristic of 181 undergone operations with heart defects with stopped development of broncho-pulmonary system, its discussion is presented. The symptoms cough, expectoration, pain in the respective hemithorax, hemoptysis, etc. are discussed.

[Failures in the diagnosis of defects in disrupted development of the bronchopulmonary system].

Some failures in making the diagnosis are presented on the base of the anamnestic datay of 281 subjects undergone operations of valvular defects after discontinuation of the development of the broncho-pulmonary system. In 106 (37,7 No%) of the operated, the diagnosis was delayed and 192 (68,3%) of the operated were presented for surgical treatment with a considerable delay--at least 5 years after the clinical manifestation of the defect.

The dysplasias are defects in case of interrupted development to the respiratory section of broncho-pulmonary system with a relatively completed differentiation of the air passages.
