This study focuses on EMAHA-DB7, a new set of multi-channel surface electromyography (sEMG) signals designed to assess daily activities in different conditions. The dataset comprises sEMG signals from 10 subjects engaging in 10 distinct ADLs. Each activity was executed at two different paces and in three different arm positions, ensuring a diverse set of measurement conditions.

We hypothesized PIM inhibition addresses treatment resistance to radiotherapy and docetaxel in prostate cancer.
Methods: PIM inhibition in prostate cancer cell lines was examined by phosphorylated H2AX and colony formations assays.
Whipple's disease (WD) is a rare systemic infection, notoriously difficult to diagnose due to the presence of common, ambiguous, or constitutional clinical characteristics. We present the case of a 46-year-old British woman, who presented to the emergency department (ED) of Frimley Park Hospital, United Kingdom, with chief complaints of progressive weight loss, abdominal pain in the right upper quadrant, diarrhea bloating, and melena or rectal bleeding that had been ongoing for five months. This co-expression profile presents a novel and attractive opportunity for a dual targeting approach using an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). In this study, we used a unique avidity-driven screening approach to generate pCAD x CDH17 bispecific antibodies that selectively target cells expressing both antigens over cells expressing only pCAD or only CDH17.
