[Criteria of the accuracy of measurement of cardiocycle duration in systems for monitoring of cardiac rhythm variability parameters].

The use of the criteria of the accuracy of measurement of cardiocycle duration in systems for monitoring of cardiac rhythm variability parameters based on no more than 10% deviation of diagnostic characteristics was shown to provide the measuring error of no more than 4 msec at histogram grouping interval 10 msec. An increase in the grouping interval duration causes a decrease in the sensitivity of diagnostic parameters to patient state and diagnostic mistakes.
